What is HOZUBAG?
HOZUBAG creates a very natural cycle, just as water flows from the ocean, becomes clouds, falls on mountains as rain, flows down rivers, and reaches the ocean. HOZUBAG Mfg. (Hozubag Manufacturing) is a base in Kameoka City, located in Japan's ancient capital Kyoto, that collects and dismantles paragliders that have no longer been used to fly due to strict criteria, and is being recycled as a terrestrial resource. The activities and products that create this are called “HOZUBAG.”
Bags made from recovered used paragliders are light and durable, and each bag has a different color and appearance depending on where it is cut.
