Q1: How long does it take to ship the product?
A1: We usually ship within 7 days after your order. Shipping may be delayed depending on the peak season or inventory status.
Q2: What are the shipping methods and shipping fees?
A2: We use Kuroneko Yu-Packet for delivery, and shipping costs are a flat rate of 500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Q3: Can you ship overseas?
A3: Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the country or region, so please check the details at checkout. If any customs duties or import taxes are incurred, they will be borne by the customer.

A5: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Q6: Can I purchase products in physical stores?
A6: Currently, we only sell our products online. Information about limited-time pop-up stores will be announced via newsletters and social media.
Q7: Please tell me when products will be restocked.
A7: We will notify you of product restock information on the product page, in our newsletter, and on social media. If the product you want is sold out, we recommend that you register for restock notifications.
