Welcome to HOZUBAG Mfg. Here we will show you how a paraglider is transformed into a bag after it has finished its role in the sky.

🪂 How HOZU bags are made...🪂

Paragliders that fly through the sky carrying people also reach the end of their lifespan due to the harsh environment and strict safety standards.

Aircraft that have completed their service are collected at HOZUBAG Mfg.

Before the invention of the hodzbag, there was nowhere for them to go other than as garbage.

The two-layered paraglider body is disassembled into two pieces of fabric by removing the structure between them.

At this time, cords and accessories are also stored so that they can be reused.

After cleaning, dry the machine in the sun until it is completely dry.

We apply the pattern and cut it out so as to waste as little as possible.

At this time, exclusive cuts are also selected little by little.

*Exclusive Cut: A bag cut from a rare, limited area of a large paraglider, such as a section with a complex print, color, or stitching. Each bag is carefully selected at the factory and then delivered to its new owner.
A tape handle and material tag made from recycled materials are attached and sewn onto the bag.
