Introduction of HOZUBAG Mfg.

How HOZUBAG is made

Paragliding, which carries people through the sky, is also subject to harsh environments and strict safety standards.

The aircraft will reach the end of its life.

Aircraft that have completed their service are collected by HOZUBAG Mfg.

Before the invention of the Hosbag, there was nowhere for these to go other than as trash.

The two-layered paraglider body is disassembled into two pieces of fabric by removing the structure between them.

At this time, cords and accessories are also stored so that they can be reused.

After cleaning, dry the machine thoroughly in the sun.

We place the pattern on the fabric and cut it out so as to avoid waste as much as possible.

At this time, exclusive cuts are also selected little by little.

*Exclusive cuts are bags cut from rare areas of a large paraglider's body, such as areas with intricate prints, colors, and stitching. Each bag is selected one by one at the factory. Then it is delivered to its new owner.

A tape handle and material tag made from recycled materials are attached and sewn onto the bag.
