About the product
We use used paragliders, and each item is unique.
Please enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter.
Wrapping is available for a fee (550 yen).
If you would like wrapping, please select it on the payment screen.
Also, if you are purchasing multiple items, please write in the notes section which items should be wrapped.
Please check the STOCK LIST to see which stores carry it, and visit a store near you.
The products we carry vary depending on the store, so please contact us directly for inventory status before visiting the store.
We use used paragliders, and each item is unique.
Even if you think, "I'm really interested in the product I saw at that store," you'll never find the exact same item twice.
However, if you check the online store regularly, you may be able to find similar colors and designs.
Please also try using ``Search by color'' and ``Search by size'' in ``Category''.
We hope that you will be able to find one that you like.
For use as a paraglider, the fabric is not waterproof, but has a water-repellent finish.
However, since the aircraft has been converted into a bag after it has finished flying, its water repellency is not perfect and varies depending on the aircraft.
We do not recommend using it in situations where water repellency is required.
Since you are actually flying in the sky as a paraglider, you will scrape the ground during takeoff and landing and get various dirt.
There are some stains that cannot be removed, but they are thoroughly cleaned with HOZUBAG Mfg.
Please enjoy the dirt and stains as memories of paragliding in the sky.
The inside (structural side) when paragliding is used as the front.
The loose fibers that come out have no effect on the strength of the bag, so please cut them with your own scissors.

For example, there are large-sized totes that our staff use for daily shopping at the supermarket.
It seems that the bag is filled with heavy daily necessities such as vegetables, seasonings, and detergent, but even after four years, it is still supporting their daily life without tearing.
However, please note that since we use used paragliders, there are individual differences in strength, and the thin fabric is not suitable for inserting sharp objects.
Use a soft cloth dampened with water and a small amount of soap or mild detergent, then wipe gently.
Please do not put it in the washing machine or tumbler as it may be damaged.
When it gets wet, hang it on a hanger to dry it in a place out of direct sunlight.
Please do not dry it on windy days as it traps air well. There is a possibility that it will fly away like a paraglider.
About orders and payments
It depends on the exchange rate between each country's currency and the Japanese yen at the time of purchase.
Value added tax (depending on destination) and import duties vary depending on the country of destination.

HOZUBAG online store accepts payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Regarding delivery
The tracking number will be included in the email sent to you once the delivery is complete. Delivery within Japan will be by Yamato Transport's Nekoposu.
You can change your address after placing your order as long as it is before shipping.

We will ship within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Excluding New Year's holidays, orders can be made 5 to 10 days after noon on the order date, and 6 to 11 days after noon on the order date.
About returns and exchanges
When you receive your package, please be sure to check the product, and if there is a defect in the product, please contact us.
Please contact us using the inquiry form as we will repair, refund, or exchange with a similar product.
If you wish to repair a used product after purchasing, please contact us using the "Repair Inquiry" section of the "Inquiry Form". After confirming whether the item can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair if possible.
We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience.
Generally, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer's convenience.
